The main difference is SIR has completed the DFS and TNG is finalizing it. SIR has since discovered another Nickel location but TNG has the Eastern Region which has the potential the size of 3 to 4 times that of Mount Peake. On top of that TNG has other projects like the Tivan Process, gold etc
It appears SIR has yet to conclude any off-take, project finance or development agreements but TNG has already secured a few MOUs in that respect. The Mount Peake project alone with LOM of 20 years is worth a few billion dollars more than SIR
IMO I think the main big difference is the Big Guys are already involved in SIR whereas these same institutions appear to be still on the outside looking in at TNG.
