Finding it hard to get excited.
Not sure he's telling us any more than we already know??
Don't forget this guys a politician. He's telling the constituents we're giving ourselves a nice big new office building so I suppose he had to find something else, along the lines of jobs, to comment on to keep the voters happy.
Anyway if he knows more than we do re finance, equity stakes etc then yeah
