I was under the impression that it was most likely going to be in Malaysia, seeing that's where PB was the other week scoping it out, and he's been having meetings with Malaysian Govt officials both there and here when they visited Australia recently.
It makes sense having it there, handy stop off on the way to Korea, China or Japan
