Abishai, my take on the comments re moduler construction taking place in the likes of Aisia but dependant on financiers requirements, is they now want everything constructed in Europe.  For SMS to give the extensive guarantees under their EPC proposal SMS  will need to oversee it if not construct all components themselves. If correct then it maybe that the terms off any finance are being agreed and the construction timeline could be reduced significantly and from a finance point of view all most completely de risked.
