The resolution is to get rid of the current, temporary, Chairman as well as a director, who happens to be the same person, yet no replacement, or help, to fill either position has been offered. So the "boys club" that everyone seems to think is going on will continue?

The resolution says the Brown's will take further action if the board doesn't find another Chairman, yet no time limit has been given? And what will that further action entail?

I'm not a company stooge or an RT fan club member, just a person who has lived in a democracy all their life and understands how easy it is to throw the shite from the sidelines.

All this resolution is going to do, if it passes, is give us an even smaller "boys club". How can that be a good thing?

As I said I'd be a voter if it wasn't so far reaching.

And if, as you suggest, the Brown's do know more, that's relevant to this vote, then they're also keeping us in the dark!
