What would be so wrong with Vimson having been given a seat on the board if they are as credible and strategically aligned as TNG are suggesting. I'm not suggesting its the right board appointment but the question is valid.
Another company I'm invested in, Salt Lake Potash received approval from their appropriate government authority (early Oct) and proceeded to raise $13.0m (early Nov), cornerstoned by am international investment fund. Price at 13% discount and lead manager being Cannacord and Argonaut, reputable broker establishments.
TNG on the other hand knew approval is imminent yet raise the money prior at a larger discount, to a single group, managing the placement themselves.
You can't just keep making a case for these guys. Commercial outcomes, commercial outcomes, commercial outcomes. I haven't seen any yet.
