TNG the next SYR??, page-8

I invite those interested to read and re read the LOI announcement. Its understandably guarded and drafted with a legal eye, but I find its wording very interesting.

Could we be looking at a WOOJIN/TNG plant in Malaysia constucted by POSCO and financed by a bank type source but secured by the guarantees provided by a three way agreement for global supply conducted by this dynamic group.

The more I read this document together with the flavour of previous announcements the more I see these parties working closely together with a clear future direction in mind in what is akin to a JV but with the autonomy of each party preserved.

If That is the case then TNGs board are so looking after the holders interest and totally persuing the extraction of the best deal possible. They really are earning there pay in my view.
