The main reason why one of the Chinese Director was ousted was because he dumped 17mil shares on the market when TNG had an unbelievable sp in the high twenties. Shortly after the dump and booted out selling all his remaining shares...the other, still existing holder resigned from the board a bit later on. ....The Tivan patent will imo never be signed by China. Again was it bad judgement by management getting them on board in the first place? The TNG story has never seemed hard to sell and finding new investors. Another bad move imo.
