Also, now we know that conversion can be done on BPay, it can be left until quite late to convert. There are still a lot of options out there and those wanting to convert by sale of head TNG shares will do much better if they do it after a surge in SP following the DFS/TIVAN release. That selling may, in itself, hold the SP back a bit until near end July (remember T+3 for money in) but after that there should be no problems. If we get delays in the announcements then conversion may become a problem for some and there could be a lot of pressure on the SP.

I think PB would want to get all the conversions he can so he will certainly do all he can to avoid serious delays.
