Hello Karmalocust,
If You receive those Free THR Shares and then Sell them You would be up for Capital Gains Tax at 100% across Your Selling Price,therefore I imagine You would hold them for at least 12 Months to when Your Capital Gains Tax would be reduced to 50%.
