In fact if you hold oppies you must sell before the CLC decision is known (as I see it, based on the timeframe of the meeting) OR hold and hope the agreement is signed. If it is signed you get several days to pay your conversion fee (by BPay is quick and easy) and it will be obvious if the TNG SP shoots up as it will (in my opinion) if the agreement is signed.
