We are a long way from any ECA finance approval,at least german ECA. That will likely be sought for the refinery and as we haven't even submitted EIS paperwork,let alone received approval,for the refinery,that will remain future.There hasn't even been an indication from the company as to how far along in the fairly extensive process to achieving approval for ECA funding we are.The whole process has been kept quite opaque by TNG,(as opposed to say,ATC),probably for the same reasons that most other things have been kept opaque, much to the detriment of shareholder carrying cost of capital.
