I’m not necessarily sure that PB is out lining up more dollars but he’s definitely attending and presenting at Mining 121 in London (17-18 May) just in case. I fear that nothing tangible will come out of the trip, nothing immediate anyway.
PB now has a mammoth task ahead of him to rebuild investor confidence. The lack of clear communication to holders is becoming blatantly evident. All that opacity and stringing holders along has caught up with management.
Holders having to contact authorities to learn the basic MMP - CLC/TO Agreement - Mining Licence process.
Holders unaware of the ECA process and where TNG are currently sitting in regard to refinery finance (hint - unless management have forgotten to update the market then it’s at the opposite of the pointy end).
If milestones or targets are missed big deal, be clear about it and it’s often forgiven. Bullsh!t about it, blame everything else except poor communication and you start to lose support.
