That is going to raise the price of beef due to scarcity. Transferable water rights also assist mining. Owning the top part of the ground is a disincentive to others. Have a mate in QLD who tied up mining ventures because they were interfering with his stock water. Think owning the station is a sound strategic move for security against competitors. Who knows it may go solar too. How does that song go, "Here comes the Sun..."
