A profitable gold Co, could buy tnr for 24m today, get 20m profit with tax offset and gut tnr.
If so 4m would be there cost. Remove the 4m cash and leases are for zero outlay. Effectively 120k oz of gold for nothing at this cap.
At some point someone will notice this.
