AFR reporting ASX:VOR's cyber assets have been acquired by private equity backed CyberCX. This now makes TNT the only asx listed pure cyber sec player and the go-to stock for investors looking at the space.
The two cyber businesses were sold for $25M which equates to circa 2 x rev... which was probably a bargain basement price given the struggling thematics of the business - basically was at standstill for the last couple of years.
This is very good news for TNT
