There are many differences but the two that really stand out for me are volume and scale. Almost 400M TNT shares have been traded on market in the seven weeks since 1 January (~$25M). IMO this is in recognition of TNT's significant ramping up of the business in all areas, but crystallised in the published revenue numbers $5M growing to $40M.
Admittedly I haven't gone back to quantify the numbers, but from memory I'd be very surprised if more than a few million shares changed hands in the period from March - August 2018 (probably less than a $1M). Operational nothing really changed during that period (revenue and all other key metrics stood still) and that was subsequently reflected in the SP.
