I think VOR has got a bid but not approved for sale - it is possible that another company like TNT might make a bid to buy the VOR component that is up for sale if they feel it is going for cheap. As the market cap for VOR is 25mil and the sale price is 25mil - so what is left is of no value( i suspect that) ---- what I am not sure about is why did the company buying a part of VOR bough the whole company ?
