I'm not seeing the descending triangle. I can see an ascending triangle (maybe that's what you mean?), and if you see that as valid, then today it clearly failed.

Tomorrow will be very interesting, as will the end of the week. All things considered (several aspects of the chart as well as cyber security being likely to get more attention), I think we'll retest 9c soon enough. Definitely not a safe play, but I'm optimistic.
