@unname101 thank you, yes hit rate is only about 60/40 at best, I start a lot of trades that just have no follow through then exit those very quickly at breakeven or a very small profit or loss, these non event trades are usually to do with market sentiment at the time, but of the other 40% maybe 60% of those will rise anywhere between 50-100% over days to weeks regardless of market sentiment..you also get a couple of slow moving multibaggers like TNT...for me its about knowing what a good or bad trade looks like very early on, I`ve got that part down instinctively now....good trades go up right away and just keep going "rerate" I add to those ones, bad trades meet with early resistance. its really as simple as that, but the real edge comes form targeting trades which have already retraced more than half (62%) of a previous down trend. this is where momentum shifts up a gear.
