SP seems to be doing funny things imo. Constantly ensuring it finishes slightly red on the day. Similarly to what it was doing during the retrace from 28c to 22c if ppl recall. A lot of bot work. A lot work to keep it down. Accumulation tactics potentially. Spitballing here.
Again, patience required until the breakthrough happens at an unpredictable point. Possible catalyst, a major cyber attack, legislation, acquisition, contract.
