Double tops and bottoms can be the exact price or not (usually are) but never lower than the first top or higher than the first bottom ..because you want to be able to see indicator divergence on the 2nd top or bottom...this is the confirmation and it shows the next direction..TNT didnt have this divergence because the 2nd top was lower anyway.
