On the top I wouldn't count two consecutive days as two touches (opinions may vary, I'm not looking to argue, I just personally wouldn't count it as a separate touch). On the bottom side I see one in the middle and that's it. Drawing a line through a wavy line doesn't really count as a touch, I wouldn't think (some may disagree with me?).
Two (or 2.5 given that they're on two consecutive days) on the top would be fine if the bottom was a clear line, but I just don't see it. It's entirely possible that I'm missing something and I'm happy to have some one educate me.
