All the momentum stocks are getting trashed as they re-evaluate some of the nonsense valuations put on stocks that are losing money hand over fist. TNT actually had a positive EBITDA and this should grow over time and deliver positive NPAT. The market will differentiate between momentum stocks that are delivering profit and those that aren’t - just takes a bit more patience. Al lot of people are sitting on big profits so can sell out at these prices. It will shake out many of those and we will be left with those who see a long term future. In the interim plenty of people who will day trade the stock, but that’s OK.
