There is no manipulation of price IMHO but I guess if you are inclined to believe in conspiracy theories there really is no therapy for this affliction so you might as well wave that flag proudly.

Tesserent has acquired about 8 companies over the last year and a bit - most of that paid for by issuing new shares to the vendors of those businesses. These vendors are not buy and hold investors for the most part - nor are they day traders - for the most part they don't really want to have tesserent shares - they want to cash out so there is a huge supply of shares that is for sale - yes the selling will eventually dry up.

My personal view is that there are probably a lot of shares waiting to be sold after June 30 this year and also after a 12 month holding period to qualify for the CGT discount.

I don't up ramp or down ramp - I do however express my sincere views.
