As we all know there has been a massive amount of shares issued in the last year as part of the acquisitions. However, beyond the number issued we aren't (as far as I know) aware of how those shares are distributed within the company purchased. I think one explaination could be that people who have received large amounts of shares as part of this are now offloading because they want the cash (who can blame them), and it may be that they don't have enough shares to trigger a change in substantial holding notice. Given the appearance of our mate 5 o'clock Charlie and the timing of the finalisation of the Secure Logic acquisition, I think it could be someone or multiple people from there who are now offloading. The fact we're in June is also likely a contributing factor for their selling.

I calculated the shares issued from all acquisitions over the wknd along with cash paid and still owed. A good note is that most cash has been paid and only a small % left to pay to businesses acquired. This is what Geoff was referring to in the Marcus Today podcast.
