The stochastic is the most oversold it's been, by the looks of your chart W3hunter.

The timing of that, combined with the Bullish MACD divergence and a yet to be confirmed (but likely) double bottom, spells a solid break to the upside, in my opinion.

Which matches up with solid reports from the Market Update and AGM meeting.
With imminent acquisitions to be announced, this is looking very good.
