With the announcement of the two new acquisitions now a couple of days past, I think it would be reasonable to say that this has resulted in a small jump in the SP (~ 15%), but nothing dramatic resulting in a sustained upward momentum that we are all hoping for. But this has been the case too when the previous few acquisitions were announced. For me, the next big news will be the FY22 Q2 numbers due around 28 Jan 2022, and whether they report a baseline revenue of ~$30m/q (assuming no organic growth). Q2 will be too early to see additional revenue from the new acquisitions (paperwork/legals not yet completed etc.). Then for FY22 Q3 (April 2022), they'll need to report a baseline of ~$36m/q. If they don't hit/exceed these baseline targets, I can't see the SP rising anytime soon because the won't be generating organic growth of the combined revenues. These numbers are just based on what TNT have reported as the revenues of the acquisitions at the time they were acquired.

    All IMHO, DYOR
