depends - for new work higher salaries/rates can be incorporated into tenders - everyone will have the same problem, so you are not becoming uncompetitive. Same applies to renewals. Share plan is obviously being used to help retain talent.
I don’t disagree that it will probably drift down again - that seems to be what happens. Lots of nervousness in the market as well. I am getting some pretty crazy daily swings in my portfolio.
