    I'm noticing more takeovers/buyouts/offers in the last few weeks. BHP with OZL and PTB agreeing to a buyout at a 40% premium. Plus it looks like GOR may have a crack at DEG. TNT is looking very enticing. Lots of Government contracts coming up, so I'm thinking it will be soon. All IMO
