Here's another thought. Many of the individual acquisition owners that were paid by TNT in cash and shares (50:50 from memory) are going to be underwater now, the share component having been steadily devalued. E.g. the owners of Lateral Security have now lost ~70% in their share component, unless they sold some. There must be some seriously peed-off members in the Tesserent family.
From the ASX ann: "The consideration for the acquisition of Lateral Security (NZ$4.165M) is a mix of cash and TNT shares, being NZ$2.165M in cash and 6.25M shares issued at $0.32 per share with a voluntary escrow for 12 months."
