Sorry to some here, but I do think we’re on the right track - long term.
In my view, and as I’ve said many times, we have a festering issue in that our investor relations is NON existent - GL admitted that at the last AGM, and said he’d take that on personally. He clearly hasn’t. And maybe that’s because we have not had much to say to institutional investors until we make a profit.
Regarding a takeover, which has been discussed often here:
1. There are too many who have traded in or bought in, or who have been issued shares, to accept anything below 21c, surely, and
2. We are smack-bang in the middle of the highest revenue earning quarter - surely even the most incompetent team can produce a reasonable result. So why sell before the last quarter results? It would be totally stupid - and our Board is not that - really.
So if an offer is put to shareholders, I wouldn’t expect it until around 28 July - after the Q4 results are announced.
