You can guarantee that's not 120 unique sellers or even 120 different accounts. You can put multiple sell (or buy) orders in even with a regular account like the one you're probably using.
Some of them of course will be genuine sellers.
To cause a change in the balance you don't have to stack the entire side, just enough to change the balance.
