If someone wants to accumulate a big stake there would be an advantage in trying to keep the price low while they are doing it.

On the other hand it could just be that the price is currently where it should be because there is a lack of buyers wanting to buy at the higher price. Over time stocks find their right levels. TNT has had a huge run. New acquisitions and the Govt security plans are built into the price (my belief). Some big news could send it up again or it could just float between 25 and 28 for a few months.

My expectation is that in October the 4C will be released showing they are meeting the guidance given in the 4E and there will be another price rise then.
