Looking at T20 theres only 2 holders with such a large holding that don't meet the 5% substantial holder threshold and have to inform ASX when buying or selling. Robert Langford and Belgravia Strategic Equities. Belgravia is owned by Geoff Lord(current chairman) and I doubt he would be selling so that leaves Robert Langford (former chairman).

I'd say this is him selling his shares or one of the new acquisitions converting their shares to dollars.

of course i may be totally wrong, and Wilson asset management manages TNT shares for multiple T20 holders but this is probably unlikely.

Wilson's is a rather small company with only about $3 billion in assets under management.
