The problem is Tnt management lack of financial prudence. They need to focus on ROR and managing costs. There focus is on revenue and setting performance targets on revenue not profit.
Their labor costs is too high and secondly investors have little trust in what they say and do. Unless the board understands what investors and shareholders want and mould business accordingly only then we can see reversal.
The board is walking on thin ice and if they don’t listen and learn they will be out of door soon.
