The guys who bought TNT stock have been ripped off (luckily I didn't).
It appears that the directors spent all of the $1M. On what?
I emailed Wilkins, the company Sec, asking that question and he couldn't even be bothered to send any sort of reply.
I see this takeover as an opportunity for existing directors with their larger holdings and no one else. They will continue to milk their director fees and if in the very unlikely event the resources are developed they have a meaningful interest.
I agree with others. Who wants NIU shares, I'd rather have toilet paper.
I'm not going to sign over my holdings, the pigs can find another swill trough to feed in!

My suggestion is stick to plan A and float TNT when things change (and they will sometime). In the meantime the directors can stop spending money. What a shame they couldn't have show some restraint before. Some companies, not many, can survive on a very low cash burn.
