Well, as expected, the directors hold sway again and the takeover is now done and dusted!!!
Once again the retail investors have been raped!!!
Now they expect us to vote them another lot of oppies at a price way below where the share price will be at conversion date if the Dry Kiln process works as expected?
Listen Cliff, how about a spot on the board for me so as i can join in the free bonanza?
I wonder what little deal was done behind closed doors between the directors of Niuminco and Minemakers to get this rip off over the line?
