I've been out of the country for a bit and not kept up with matters regarding TNT.
It looks like this takeover of TNT by NIU went through although from what I can they only got about 68% acceptance so there will be no compulsory acquisition of the remaining shares.
So it seems I still have shares in this unlisted company with NIU as the majority holder.
My holding is very small so it's not a big deal but I'm just wondering what my options would be regarding this going forward. Anyone in the same boat or have some knowledge of this?
I cannot sell them on the ASX and the NIU takeover offer has expired.
