They wasted the last raising from the rights issue, and have let themselves get into the position they are in now by their own ineptitude. TNT was supposed to be spun off so as to allow a new company to focus on developing these projects, which going by the rights prospectus were a suite of tin, tungsten and flourspar projects that had great potential.

Dewe, I agree with you, stick to the plan of floating TNT, when the time is right. In the meantime directors, why don't you stop paying yourselves anything until you actually achieve what you were mandated to do.
