Can anyone confirm that the TNT board have gone thru a million...

Can anyone confirm that the TNT board have gone thru a million dollars of our money?
I am a strong supporter of Cliff Lawrenson however this proposal to his shareholders is unacceptable.
The problem we have of trying to stop this case of rape occurring to us retail holders is that the board who will for some reason or other (let's not go there) hold enough shares in MAK to get this approved especially Andrew Drummond who will be financially rewarded if NIU are successful in picking up TNT for stuff all?
If they have gone thru that million dollars then we are entitled to know what it was spent on!!! otherwise one could be forgiven for for thinking that it has gone into the old mates retirement fund?
