A former staff's review is only one side of the story. Take the beer goggles off and realise that it is often the disgruntled, fragile and poor work ethic employees that have a whinge. The hard working employees knuckle down, enjoy their work and if they have a problem - take it to HR, not some random website. I am actually impressed that management crack the whips on their employees - as a shareholder, aren't you?
Finally, the latest time I checked a 2A, there were plenty of employee options available. The board has too much success in the past and present to let company morale and mateship of this conglomerate, go unwatched.
If you don't like it, just sell. Simples.
