surely this is a massive breach of their directors duties. I hold a huge amount of this stock and I truely believe that the scheme should be voted against.

to make this fraudulent act even worse, they haven’t sent me a scheme booklet with my id numbers. Even after I’ve spoken to them I didn’t receive it.

I agree with your sentiments. A class action sounds like a good idea too, especially if the vote goes against them.
