- the share price has been manipulated downwards
- they have just turned the corner with profitability and cashflow
- the weighted average method is for too short of a period
- trading has been during a period of historical inflation rates
- trading has been during multiple interest rate rises which hammers tech share prices and not reflective of its value particularly with deflation on the horizon
- many long term investors are around 20c average entry and an average price should be taken back further before the inflationary environment
- further trading would improve business value as they continue on their positive trajectory

surely this is a massive breach of their directors duties. I hold a huge amount of this stock and I truely believe that the scheme should be voted against.

to make this fraudulent act even worse, they haven’t sent me a scheme booklet with my id numbers. Even after I’ve spoken to them I didn’t receive it.

A whopping 33% of shareholder voted against this.

I have sent an email to Slater and Gordon about this. Can everyone please contact them and register your interest.
