    Completely different yes.

    One provides SaaS security solutions, one cloud hosting (primarily reselling amazon AWS + value add consultancy).

    Grossly simplifying both companies offerings but they are quite different, both offer services 'online' but other than that have a read of the TNT prospectus or BPF annual report to learn about each.
