The TNT prospectus says TNT mines Limited will be floated when equity markets improve. I didn't read the fine print.
A company can sell shares in an unlisted company. There should be a law against this if no date of listing is given within a reasonable time of sale.
The SRN allocation shows INS as ASX code????
