The TNT that I am referring to is a tin miner which is a recent offshoot of MAK. As a MAK shareholder I received a small parcel of worthless unlisted TNT shares which was susposably to offset an sp drop in MAK. Then I was sucker enough to purchase a non-renouncible issue allotment at a susposeably bargain price. If they are not listed they will be worthless too. I am interested in the legal implications here.
