    re: tny-edeagle you would have to agree Ed that this announcement is VERY light on detail, and in that respect the market cannot be fully informed. Maybe technically TNY has complied with the Listing Rules but in the interests of its shareholders and a fair market it should be more forthcoming with specifics of the deal.
