How can the market be expected to buy up big on a new company that is basically unknown. It's basically like getting a prospectus in the mail for a new float but they can't tell you yet what the net assets (purchase price here) are worth, what the profit forecasts are and what the profit/cashflow has been in recent years. Could you buy with confidence?

The only figure we have had from day one is 100m revenue over three years which could be 40m,35m,25m or 15m,30m,55m. Who knows?. I don't blame the market for being cautious. What they are able to realise on the SOX sale will no doubt be crucial also and is another unknown. Plenty still to unfold here.
