There's generally only one winner in these spec company's and we all know who that is!!

It is very poor communication indeed. I mean to say we were told a decision would be out by November at the latest... that was even in a newspaper article I read ... though you would not believe anything you read coming out of the SI's.

It's clear to me they have no interest in developing their country because this farsical process and turn of events would discourage 99% (AVQ is the 1% exception) of people from ever doing business in the SI's. The international community handouts are simply a much easier option.

That's 3rd world for you!!
